Celebrating 125 years of PALLMANN POWER!
PALLMANN marks its 125th anniversary in 2025 with a year-long celebration themed "125 Years of PALLMANN Power." The company is planning a dynamic year filled with new product launches, special promotions, and exciting events for customers and partners.
PALLMANN's story began in 1900 in Munich, Germany, where Georg Pallmann established a factory for shoe polish and leather care products. He later expanded into wood preservatives, laying the foundation for the company's future. Today, Pallmann GmbH is a leading provider of wood flooring finishing products and systems.
A key milestone was the 1982 introduction of the first water-based wood floor lacquer. The acquisition by Uzin Utz SE in 2001 propelled international growth, followed by a move to the current Würzburg headquarters in 2004. That same year, Stefan Neuberger became Managing Director, spearheading PALLMANN's success story through investments in product development, application technology, and customer service.
PALLMANN revolutionized the industry in 2004 with MAGIC OIL 2K Original, the first solvent-free, two-component wood floor oil. These oil-wax combinations have since become an industry standard. The company continued to expand its product line for new installations, renovations, and wood floor maintenance. Notable innovations include PALL-X POWER single-component waterborne finish with the strength of a 2-component, the PALLMANN SPIDER planetary-geared sanding machine, and our patented PALL-X FILLER wood floor filler with patented fiber-reinforced technology.
In 2023, PALLMANN launched Magic Oil Change, a sustainable, solvent-free wood floor oil made with regional hemp oil and natural waxes, reducing CO₂ emissions during production by up to 70%. This innovation contributed to PALLMANN's recognition as a TOP 100 Innovator in 2024.

With 120 employees, PALLMANN serves customers in 50 countries. Production remains in Würzburg, emphasizing environmentally friendly processes, ensuring both quality and responsible manufacturing.

Würzburg Wood Days become a PALLMANN POWER Festival!
PALLMANN has partnered with two-time world super lightweight boxing champion Natalie Zimmermann for the anniversary campaign. Zimmermann embodies the values of discipline, strength, and determination that PALLMANN has upheld for 125 years. As the face of the "POWER" campaign, she will energize the celebration across various channels and events, including the Würzburg Wood Days.
The Würzburg Wood Days, a key industry event, will take place on June 27, 2025. PALLMANN will welcome customers, partners, and industry experts to discuss current trends and network. This year's event, themed "Personality. Development. Strength," promises a diverse program, inspiring presentations, and valuable connections.
